Grapes: Corvina Veronese and Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara.
Maturation in wood: new French barriques and second, third passage and 5000 and 3000 liter Slavonian oak barrels for a few years. Aged for approximately one year in the bottle.
Scent of black cherry and plum jam combined with spicy tones of black pepper and tobacco. Velvety and full-bodied flavour, balanced by a pleasant softness and delicate tannins.
