Vinification: aging for about 1 year in small wood and then moving on to assembly in large barrels.

Deep, lively and brilliant color and extraordinary drinkability. Despite the alcohol content, the structure and fine tannin make this wine complex and balanced. The bouquet is complex and deep: spice, pepper, cherry combine harmoniously.
