Barolo Chinato Cocchi
Barolo wine, with slow maceration of cinchona bark, rhubarb and gentian root and cardamom seed. Once flavoured, the Barolo ages for 24 months in wooden barrels.
Deep garnet red color. On the nose it shows a variety of floral and spicy scents, attributable to the elements constituting the infusion. The taste is intense and penetrating, fine and balanced between sweet and bitter notes. The finish is an intertwining of these two gustatory components, which seem to chase each other endlessly in a very long aromatic persistence
