Aging in wood, approximately 5 years, of which 2 in 1000 liter barrels and 3 in barrique.

Intense amber yellow color with copper reflections. On the nose it offers intense aromas of cherry jam, cinnamon and cloves, black pepper and a background of cocoa powder. Dilated, enveloping, broad tasting, in which all the notes already perceived by smell return and where the alcoholic component blends with the structure, enhancing the sip.
