Aging in French oak barriques where it spends at least 2 years without ever being decanted. Subsequent refinement in bottle for at least 6 months.

Bright ruby ​​red in color with garnet reflections as it ages, of good intensity. On the nose, a mix of fruit, flowers and minerals, alternating. On the palate sensation of enveloping richness and complexity. Fruit, spices and superior alcohols alternate with flavors of fruit jam and undergrowth, then tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves combined with minerality enhance the depth. It closes with persistence and persuasive sweetness.
