Extremely clear amber in colour, it is very soft on the palate without being cloying. Its aromatic profile is dominated by the fruity and spicy families. In the fruity range, dried fruit, candied fruit, dried plums and raisins prevail, combined with more subtle hints of jam, fruit in syrup and citrus fruits. In the spicy range, the barricaded scent dominates, which goes hand in hand with pepper, licorice, cloves and tobacco.
