Extremely clear amber in colour, this grappa is very soft. Its aromatic complex is extraordinarily broad and complex, with a prevalence of the fruity range: from dried fruit to cooked and canned fruit up to dried plums and raisins. This combination is joined by a floral that has decidedly honey notes. Another distinctive feature, given the long aging, is also the spicy range, dominated by the hint of wood from the barrique which gives the distillate aromas of cinnamon, tobacco and liquorice, with a vanilla base.
