Sandy, loamy soil, with a lot of white calcareous skeleton

Refermentation on the pomace of Amarone. Aging 12 months in 500 liter tonneaux

Ruby red colour. Aromas of red fruit and cherry. Soft, enveloping, savory and quite tannic, spicy aftertaste.
