Terrain: basalt-lava

Vinification: Fermentation in non-new barriques. Then it remains on the lees for 6 months with batonnage every 6 weeks. 6 months of aging in steel vats on fine lees.
Excellent aging capacity

It opens fresh, mineral, deep, with aromas of wild flowers (elderberry, iris, chamomile). The palate is rich, complex and multidimensional.
