Grapes: Garganega

Fermentation is carried out for 60% in barriques and for 40% in large barrels. Once the blend has been made, the wine remains to refine in the bottle for a further 6 months.

A noble fruit that already reveals a rare aromatic complexity to the nose. The palate is a succession of fresh and savory sensations, in which white flowers and notes of cedar stand out with sensations of flint.
