Vinified in white, with fermentation in steel tanks for a period of about 18 – 20 days then for about 12 months in 30 HL barrels and 300 L barriques.
Intense straw yellow. Decisive and expressive on the palate, fruity, vertical sip, mineral and full-bodied.
