Grapes: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese

Aging in new French oak barrels for approximately 18 months. The different lots are vinified separately based on the variety, are aged in wood, and then combined a few months before bottling.

It has a very intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections. Excellent expression and aromatic complexity: intense notes of plum jam and ripe dark fruit such as blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant stand out on the nose. The evident aromas of chocolate and liquorice are perfectly integrated, leaving room on the finish for a sensation of mint capable of giving the bouquet a pleasant freshness. On the palate the wine is harmonious, with an excellent and balanced structure; the roundness and sweetness of the tannins make it compact, elegant,
with an extremely long finish and a very persistent spicy aftertaste
