Aging for 9 months in large 50hl oak barrels. This is followed by approximately 6 months in the bottle.

Ruby red in color, clear and brilliant, it has a strong, broad and enveloping olfactory profile with hints of black cherries in alcohol, dried plums, dried flowers, cloves, fine oak, cinnamon and liquorice root. Tannic and velvety in the mouth, it shows a very dynamic acidity and a calibrated alcoholic heat; of notable flavor intensity, it finishes long and clean.
